Jessica Schrier was working at a museum in Amsterdam while already starting her cooking career. Mostly because she wasn't happy with her office job, so she thought it would be a great hobby. But the soups were too wonderful and popular; now this is her only job.

Jessica started 5 seasons ago, much before the of the street food hype. Her vegetarian soups became so popular that now she is a permanent character of most of the big food festivals in the country.

The reason why she makes vegetarian soups is that she believes that you can make nice meals without meat. Because of the richness of her soups vegetarians, meat lovers they all will enjoy them as well. At the Rollende Keukens in Amsterdam she served thai noodle and coconut carrot soup.
