Michael Schook can never have a real rest as he has to make a completely new menu from week to week. This is an exciting task but also a tiring one so Michael gets his inspiration from his hobbies; motorbiking, sports and gatherings with friends.
The menu of De matroos en het meisje is changing weekly. Guests can only choose if they want a 3 or a 6 course menu. Whatever they actually get is a surprise.
The chefs, Michael Schook and Gijs Peterse compose a diverse menu each week, which is always seasonal.
Michael will be at Rauwkost in Rotterdam on the 3-4th October 2015.
