Casper Bregman studies international hospitality management in The Hague. He was searching for something unusual for his internship and that's how he found Fenix Food Factory in Rotterdam. You can find nice local food and people here who are connected through the passion and the love for food.

Casper realized this place is full of opportunities so he started to organize his series of food festival. To begin with he only asked one street food seller individually each time to the market. Suddenly it was such a success that he turned it into a festival with all of them participating. This is Fenix Foodcourt.

He believes the success is in the enthusiasm for food and the freedom in street food.
