Herman de Jongh is proudly owner of an old Ford Popular. It took some years while he decided to use it for journeys to the good old days. Herman himself likes the style and aura of 20's and 30's. With the combination of champagne and Bloody Mary he managed to recall the atmosphere.
The Oesterkar started in 2013 in Amsterdam. Since then they made a hit. They have their unique peace even in the middle of a busy market, not to mention the perfect service in the authentic dresses.
Herman and his team knows that people usually either love or hate oyster, there is no transition. He offers different toppings to complement the already special taste.
